The 2021 season hasn't even started yet and our ladies team is taking no prisoners. Their preseason has been full steam ahead. Even the lockdown couldn't stop them as they endeavoured on Covid safe, individual fitness drills and kept the competition hot between one another.
Their additional efforts to hit the gym haven't gone unnoticed as they work their way into the 2021 campaign.
After their taste of victory, taking out the flag last year, they aren't resting on their laurels and are coming back fitter, stronger and better than ever!
