The Kingsley Women's Team are off to a dominant start to the season with their round 1 defeat of ECU (ECU - 0.0 to Kingsley - 6.7)
There was a strong Kingsley presence for all 4 quarters and came through on the scoreboard with 6 different goal kickers for Kingsley.
Our captain set the tone by kicking the first goal of the game. ECU didn’t get the ball into their 50 until well into the 4th but our defenders were too good and kept them scoreless.
It was a clean game and all players were respectful.
